Dan Ponciano and Rick Hassler have combined their hunting expertise to form DR Outfitters. We offer exclusive, professional fully guided hunting opportunities in Oregon for trophy Mule Deer and Elk to a very limited number of hunters.
The beauty and diversity of Eastern Oregon Elk and Mule Deer country never ceases to amaze the senses. During the fall season we offer a limited number of fully guided archery and rifle hunts on two large tracts of private land. Accommodations include comfortable trailers and rustic cabins located on the properties, maximizing the time you spend in the field.
Our passion lies in calling quality bulls into range of the bow, yet every moment in this incredible landscape is appreciated. The average bull elk is very respectable, but it’s the Mule Deer on the properties that offer true trophy potential. Like all hunts in the open spaces of the West, large animals are the reward of careful planning and hard work
